Home appliances mainly include: microwave oven, electric rice cooker, electric iron, electric heater, vacuum cleaner, electric fan, hair dryer, water dispenser, induction cooker, electric hot pot, electric kettle, air humidifier, electric shaver, soybean milk machine, juice extractor, coffee maker, etc.


Application of plastic materials used for exterior components:
▶  ABS: High glossiness, easy to spray, but not high temperature resistance;
▶  PP: Low cost, good fluidity, but poor dimensional stability;
▶  PC: High strength, high temperature resistance, good transparency, but prone to cracking;
▶  PC/ABS alloy: Excellent comprehensive performance, but relatively high price.

▶  Transparent materials: transparent ABS, PMMA, PC, etc
▶  Electroplating material: electroplated grade ABS


The main materials used for internal structure parts:

▶ flame retardant PBT, flame retardant PP, flame retardant PPO, POM, fiberglass reinforced nylon PPS、PPA、PEI


Microwave oven: shell, base, handle, knob, etc., require heat resistance, PBT/PET+GF, PBT+GF, PC/ABS, heat-resistant ABS, HIPS, heat-resistant PP, PP.

Electric rice cooker: shell, base, cover, handle, switch, etc., requiring heat resistance, ABS, high gloss PP, PP.

Electric iron: mainly heat resistance, followed by impact strength and appearance. The shell, handle, and sink base can be made of ABS or high gloss PP; components near the heating zone require high heat resistance and can be made of PC, PA+GF, PBT/PET+GF, PBT+GF, or heat-resistant ABS; The base requires higher heat resistance, and PBT/PET+GF and PET+GF can be used instead of metal parts.
Electric heater: requires heat resistance, especially for the air grille. The selected plastic varieties include PBT/PET+GF, PET+GF, PC, PC/ABS, heat-resistant ABS, and heat-resistant PP
Vacuum cleaner: It is required to be anti-static to avoid dust absorption, with good electrical performance, rigidity, impact resistance, scratch resistance, good dyeing ability, and luster, especially for the shell, ABS, HIPS, high gloss PP, and transparent parts can be made of PC, AS, GPPS.
Electric fan: blades, blade covers, shell covers, knobs, etc., ABS, HIPS, high gloss PP, PP+GF, AS+GF.
Hair dryer: PBT/PET+GF, PET+GF, PC, heat-resistant ABS, heat-resistant PP.
Water dispenser: requires good rigidity, high gloss, and impact resistance, with ABS, HIPS, and high rigidity PP.
Induction cookers and electric hotpot: The selected plastic varieties include heat-resistant ABS and high gloss heat-resistant PP.
Electric kettle: The selected plastic varieties include PC/ABS, heat-resistant ABS, and high gloss heat-resistant PP.
Air humidifier: transparent part (PC, GPPS), opaque part (ABS, high gloss PP)
Juicer, soybean milk machine: transparent part (PC, AS, GPPS), opaque part (ABS, high gloss PP)
Coffee machine: Transparent part (PC), opaque part (ABS, high gloss PP)
Electric shaver: PC/ABS, ABS, PP

Injection Molding



Our injection molding shop equipped injection molding machines, molding capabilities range  from 90 ton to 3600 ton, we provide 24 hours a day, 6 days a week automatically production services. We can process materials from the easy ones like ABS and HDPE to the very strong and high temperature ones like Polysulfone and Polyetherimide. Glass, long glass, mineral, carbon fiber, or stainless steel filled materials are no problem for us。


low volume part production – we are making a mold for you fast so you can get small amount of production quality injection molded parts fast. We can store your tool at our factory (so that it is ready for your next order), or ship your tool to you with the parts. This is often referred to as rapid injection molding or rapid tooling  or prototype molding.
