we build 200 molds a year, and 60% of the molds will export to US and Europe customer, 40% is for domestic customer and some are stay in house for injection molding.

The performance of a tool largely depends on the maturity of its design. The many years of experience of our designers is therefore a decisive factor with regard to the quality of Mold.  We collaborate closely with our customers on all aspects of the programs so as to develop the best designed molds that are easy to maintain, and plastic components that are cost-effective to produce.

Machining

Our greatest strength is Huaview mold internal process. Experience has show us how to maximize efficiency while keeping production costs under control. We have established a proven step-by-step process that guides our products through every stage of development including CNC machining, CNC EDM work and measuring/verification. This approach reduces tool set-up times and is actually more accurate than the convertional machining seen elsewhere. By scheduling each of our machines in advance, we can accomodate these sorts of solutions.

Injection Molding

Our injection molding shop equipped 15 sets of plastic injection molding machines, molding capabilities range  from 100 ton to 600 ton, we provide 24 hours a day, 6 days a week automatically production services. We can process materials from the easy ones like ABS and HDPE to the very strong and high temperature ones like Polysulfone and Polyetherimide. Glass, long glass, mineral, carbon fiber, or stainless steel filled materials are no problem for us。

low volume part production – we are making a mold for you fast so you can get small amount of production quality injection molded parts fast. We can store your tool at our factory (so that it is ready for your next order), or ship your tool to you with the parts. This is often referred to as rapid injection molding or rapid tooling or bridge production or prototype tooling.
